Through this exercise, you will begin to learn how to read a contract. To do so, you will need to read the Website Development Agreement (attached).

You must determine from the contract language what part it is or which contract concepts were used to memorialize the business deal. The first column has a series of boxes that asks you to identify a contract part or the language used to express the contract concept that formed the basis of a provision. Review the Website Development Agreement to find the answer and then write your answer in the box immediately adjacent to the box that tells you what to find.
