I have uploaded the instructions and rubric for the paper. At the top of it is two options for prompts at which you can decide which one you prefer. These are them:

1.    Prompt 1 option: Should all people, children and adults alike, have the right to vote?
2.    Prompt 2 option: Do children have the right to make important decisions about their own health care, even outside of the opinions of their parents?
