The aim of this part of the assessment is for your team engage with the literature relevant to your assigned week. Each team member must complete a brief article critique addressing one of the recommended papers for your assigned seminar week. 

The full reference to your selected paper in the correct AMJ referencing style;
An introduction to the paper, the authors and the topic in the context of the relevant week’s material
An overview of key aspects of the article eg review focus or research questions, methodology, theories addressed and conclusions, as relevant for the type of article you chose.
A concluding paragraph summarising your assessment of the quality of the article and its usefulness for guiding HR practitioners or managers in evidence-based practice
Your submission, not including the reference details, should not exceed 500 words and you will post your submission in a thread in your groups Discussion Forum.
