You will be required to analyze a marketing case study. This paper must follow the Case Study Analysis Guidelines and conduct a short and long cycle analysis to identify the marketing problem, potential root causes, possible solutions, and a recommended course of action.
The written case analysis cannot exceed 1,500 words double-spaced, font size 12, A4 size sheet. In analysing the cases, please follow the guidelines for case study analysis provided.
The Case Study Analysis must address the following four areas:
1. Summary of the Problem: Provide a specific and well focused statement of the problem based on key marketing concepts.
2. Main Analysis: Carefully analyse the main issues. Please note that several issues may co-exist.
3. Solutions: Identify and evaluate the major, realistic alternative courses of action.
4. Final Decision: Justify your final course of action.
