The short paper is about five pages long. References can be whatever style you are sued to/comfortable with e.g. footnotes, end notes, Chicago, MLA et cetera.

Here are some suggested questions. IF you want to write on something else, try the idea out on me.

1. What are the major criticisms made of pluralism? Do pluralists have adequate responses?

2. What are the major types/faces of power?

3. Many politicians make a big play of saying that they will not take money from PACs. What are the arguments in favor of PACs?

4. Is Congress the institution most subject to interest group influence? If so, why?
