PART 2: Research and relate.

There are a variety of antibiotics on the market. Once you have selected your antibiotic in PART 1 be sure to research your antibiotic. Be sure to determine:

Is it broad spectrum or narrow spectrum?

What infections is it used to treat?

How frequently is this drug prescribed?

What is the mechanism of action?

Are there bacteria that have developed resistance?
