Analysis on Plessy v. Ferguson and Brown v. Board

Topic: Analysis on Plessy v. Ferguson and Brown v. Board

Order Description

two Supreme Court decisions on race, education, and segregation set out in Horne’s book, 147-151. They are Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) and Brown v. Board (1954). Analyze these cases, and determine the claim (the decision of the court), the premises used to support the claim, including both the laws being considered and the facts of the case. Then, evaluate whether each court decision is valid, and if so, whether it is sound.
The book is called “Straight to the point” By David Lawrence Horne, Ph.D.

For my other assignments like these, i would just write a 1 paraghragh analysis and then the rest are setting out the claim, the premises of the claim, whether it is valid and sound or not. These should be written down as bullet points.
