Analysis of INSEAD.

You have to do a marketing case study. I will be attaching the case. The basic format of the answer is introduction, main body and conclusion. Here are the following question .
1) Evalaute at least 5 major differential advantages of INSEAD. Which of these are long term and why ?
2) Analyse the INSEAD. Considering the most appropriate internal and external conditions, to what extent was INSEAD in a strong competitive position to meet future challenges ? (Use Porters 5 Strategies if possible or else use other strategy like STP. )
3) Suggest at least 2 market segments that INSEAD should consider for targeting in order to build it for the masses. Provide your reasoning.
4) Use SWOT analysis to describe the entire INSEAD case.
5) What are the major strategic issues facing INSEAD? What is the INSEAD mission/value statement?What are INSEAD marketing objectives? What are the main strengths and drawbacks of INSEAD?
6) Propose marketing strategies that will enable INSEAD to successfully overcome these challenges and using RACES criteria advise on the most optimal way forward.
7) Consider two contingencies INSEAD should consider and advise the management on how to modify the selected strategy to respond to these contingencies.

All the answers should be well written.
