Students must complete a detailed analysis of their selected organization to draft a meaningful strategic plan. Students will submit a copy of their selected organization’s current strategic plan and provide a two-page single-spaced narrative of their analysis and findings. The analysis must address the following:

a summary of the organization’s current strategic planning
strengths and weaknesses of the current strategic plan
areas that the organization/student will strive to improve in the new strategic plan

You may chose any organization, but it has to follow instruction above.
