need to write an essay on american corporatism and how it undermines the governments power and democracy,with a clear thesis that outlines 3 main arguments. i was thinking about discussing how corporate personhood, free speech, privacy rights etc all tie in so important details include the citizens united case, corporate lobbying (for example how much koch brothers spend against environmental regulation and obamacare, economic advantage over the average citizen, campaign funding etc. with relevant examples and stats. if its possible i need to include one paragraph acknowledging the counterargument as well
