The purpose of this proposal is to analyze the benefits of adding a venture capital division within the investment-banking department at Barker Group (an investment bank).

What I need is a paper that analyzes what venture capital is, how profitable of a business it is, how it is going for other investment banks who deal with venture capital, how profitable venture capital firms are. Basically WHY they need to start a venture capital division.

Also I need a plan of implementation, how it will work within the bank, what kind of employees will be needed, where will they find the capital, what kind of investments should be looked at etc. Basically HOW the venture capital division will operate.
