Two of the categories of strategies we studied are Adaptive and Market Entry. For both of these categories of strategies do the following: (a) Identify and define one specific type of strategy within each category, (b) In what circumstances (taking into consideration both internal strengths and weaknesses, and external market circumstances) would you advise using this strategy, (c) Identify a risk or caution one should be mindful of in choosing this strategy
