2. Regarding the Data analysis and conclusion part,there should be also deeper coverage on objecttive #1. Given that there is demographic information, the candidate might consider diagnosing the different level of motivational factors across different demographics to distill more insights. The conclusion section should directly correspond to the two research objectives.

3. some of the data should be presented in chart format instead of table format.
