4.Did you achieve your personal aims?
5.Clearly identify, with relevant theory, the measures you would have used to improve your event, if you were to run this event in the future. Minimum of 5 academic theories to be provided.
6.Appraise your personal skills and performance throughout the process.
7.Group Dynamics.
8.It is a reflective report and should be written in a suitable format to support this.
