Describe at least two lifestyle changes you would recommend to help your individual adopt a lifelong cardiorespiratory program. .

In Module 2 you began developing your physical activity plan from a nutritional perspective. Now you will continue that plan, using what you have learned last week and this week, adding in cardiorespiratory, stretching, and resistance training components.

Based on the hypothetical person you have created, you will design a cardiorespiratory plan, with stretching and resistance components, to meet his or her needs. Be sure to address each category that you selected in your physical activity plan. You can create this plan using bullets or paragraph formatting. You can use pictures, videos or other multimedia to help your person understand the plan. Be creative but be professional. The final product should be 2-4 pages in length, including photos, multimedia, and graphs. All of your multimedia must be cited using APA 6 formatting.

•Describe the recommended physical activity guidelines for your individual and barriers to achieving these guidelines .

•List at least one cardiovascular-focused goal of the proposed cardiorespiratory program. .

•List at least one stretching-focused goal of the proposed program. .

•List at least one resistance-focused goal of the proposed program. .

•Based on your goals you have selected, list and explain at least five different physical activities your individual could perform on a daily/weekly basis to meet their needs/goals. .

•Describe at least two lifestyle changes you would recommend to help your individual adopt a lifelong cardiorespiratory program. .
