By the end of this module, you will write and submit a critique of a research article, applying what you have learned about research in this course so far. Since you will be designing your own research later in this course, it is also useful to share your observations with your research group.

First, be sure that you have already read the Beckerman et al. article from your assigned readingsPreview the document. Then, write an original post in which you address the questions listed below.

What’s another research design that could have been used to approach the research question from the article in the critique assignment?
What were the limitations of the study in the article?
Based on the findings in the article, what changes would you recommend to an agency that provides services to clients with SLE/lupus?
After writing your original post, you will post a thoughtful reply to at least two of your peers. Your response should include what you agree and disagree with and should also pose a question for the original poster to consider.
