Unions:
Union participation has steadily declined since the 1950s.  Now less than 10% of the workforce belongs to a union.
Why did unions decrease?
Is the decrease in unions a good or bad thing or neither?
What will union participation look like in 2050?

Discrimination:
Under the Civil Rights law, employers with over 15 employees cannot discriminate based on race, gender, national origin, etc.
What about employers with 14 or fewer employees?
What is “gender”?
Does gender include sexual orientation?
