THIS is where you post your 1000 word (yes, I’ll count them) comments on whatever volunteer organization, non-profit,
social assistance program that you choose. Something you’ve been involved in, something that you’d like to see, it’s up
to you. If done logically and with respect, you may even present a critical examination of an effort that you think could
be improved. Proper grammar, punctuation, and all rules of English apply as they always do. Some questions you might
consider are: How does the organization work? Describe whether or not it is local or larger in scope. Is if effective in
achieving its goals? What are the goals? What part of the process would you improve if 1) there were NO funds
budgeted for any change and/or 2) if you had $1,000,000 to spend on improvement? Should this be government
supported or left alone? Why?
