I need to provide a needs assessment to my supervisor requesting for more staff.  Currently I’m working in the Congo in the most dangerous region Grand Nord – Beni with only 4 international staffs and will request for two more.  My current staffs all have to supervise more than one section each and with additional staff I will be able to divide the workload  evenly while concentrating on the operational side which is the most important part of the security section.
