Studying leadership and actually demonstrating leadership are clearly two different things.  The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to discuss the leadership concepts with a professional who has several years experience in a leadership role/position.  This interview will provide a window in which you can examine the concepts we have covered and how they actually play out in the real world.

1. Identify a leader with several years experience to interview for your project. In this case leader is Revenue/Front Office Hotel Manager.

2. In a page or less provide a description of the leader you wish to interview and justify as to why he/she is a good candidate for your assignment.  Be sure to include concepts/elements we have covered in the course (citations).
