Read the case study very carefully and provide a response that addresses the issues identified (some of which are less than obvious!). Your challenge is to identify as many issues as possible, prioritize them, and then delve into each one in appropriate depth. Each of those criteria is up to you to determine.

We will be grading the exam using a simple rubric that identifies the issues that could and should have been discussed, their importance (i.e. some issues will receive higher weighting in the rubric), and how well you addressed each one (i.e. below expectations, meets expectations, exceeds expectations).
