The book is The Leadership Challenge: How to Make Extraordinary Things Happen in Organizations by Kouzes and Posner

It should include the following:
1. Title and author
2. Important concepts/ideas contained in the book and their relationship to this course, and how they relate to specific issues in the HR discipline.
3. Your professional assessment of the merit of the ideas presented by the author.
4. How you could apply what you learned from the author in your organizational or personal situation. Note: this MUST include SPECIFIC examples and be a minimum of 1 page in length.
The final paper MUST include citations/references to the book (Use APA format!). In other words, support all your statements with citations to the book. and follow APA writing guidelines (cover page, running head, short head, reference page, page numbering, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, 12-point Times Roman or Courier font). In other words, your statements and opinions must be supported with references to the textbook/theory. All papers should be submitted in Microsoft WORD format.
