Develop a portfolio (with table of contents), of budget/finance materials from the school district of your choice. Include the required state forms, any district forms used in this process, policies,

procedures and other documents that would enable you to develop a complete budget and submit it for board and state approval. For each document, describe the form, its purpose, a critique of its usability and the questions that arose as you tried to understand how to complete each form. Complete, detailed analysis with correct sentence structure, spelling and grammar is expected.
