Intrepenurship. Agriculture and Innovation
You work for a well-established firm that produces specialty chemicals such as fertilizer, pesticides, etc. for agriculture. Competition is high, but sales have been steady. The owner wants to move the firm to another level and feels that the firm needs to be more entrepreneurial. The owner trusts your judgment and asks you to formulate a two-hour presentation to be delivered to other managers in the firm about how to encourage intrapreneurial activity.
