Research questions
1. What is the overall rational teamwork effectiveness among Arab and non-Arab teachers in Al Ain KG Schools?
a. What is the current status in the existing process as related to teamwork job requirement teamwork among KG teacher?
b. What are the obstacles to the success of teamwork effectivenessin the kindergarten schools?
c. What are the critical Factors affecting the success of teamwork effectiveness from the teacher perspective ?
I need to each Question above 2 sub question so that the total be 8 questions
In consideration of four dimension which is :
1.leadership actions
2.sturctural characteristics of work group
3.individual characteristics of members .
4.interrelationships among members.
Each of these must be included all question must be non direct but it answers the question of the research .
