“costs” and “the possibility of resolution”. You need to provide overview of different
explanations for the maintenance of such disputes and should refer to at least one theory of
conflict or human behaviour.

For part (b) you are required to provide an overview of matters that might need to be addressed
and to clearly relate the matters to be addressed to the explanations identified in (a). In effect you
