The aim of the reflexive journal is to enable you think about how the leadership subjects informs your leadership practice. Students will submit word processed hard copies of their work in class. Students are required to submit 1 page of A4 per lecture of reflections (I attached three lectures so you should write a three pages of reflections independently.
