Paper instructions:
Describe the spatial, formal and chronological variation in the ritual/monumental stone architecture of these islands in East Polynesia (400 words for each island):

– Society Islands
– Marquesas
– Hawaii
– Rapa Nui

There are 4 readings (refer to the 4 pdf documents, they have been sourced from various places )

You need to design a proforma on a word document with the headings below and for each reading address each area, for example – Main Points, Reading Summary, etc. You can see the headings you need to use on the example provided below.

The example below gives you an idea of how to answer the headings. The suggested answer is an example it is not one of the readings.

When you are answering each reading you must provide a comprehensive overview. Imagine having to give somebody who did not ever read the readings a comprehensive overview of its content. This might be easier if you write paragraphs of 2-3 sentences rather than individual dot-point sentences (as in the suggested example provide). And also you need to record answers to the ‘questions’ you extract from the literature (see the suggested answer – you come up with questions but you also answer them)
