Late submission results in losing grades. For every working day delay the maximum grade decreases by 5%, up to a maximum of 35% after a week. Also note, not following the formatting guidelines an additional 10% may be lost.

Reports/Essays submitted must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) the http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/ . Formatting and language contribute exactly ten percentage points to the overall grade.
Warning to Students!
Students must submit their own works as assignments, and they cannot copy anybody’s ideas into their work as their own. Direct reference must be made for every paragraph, even if it is only a summary of ideas from somewhere else. By not directly referencing (or providing only non-specific references) a Student commits plagiarism, i.e. submitting somebody else’s work as his own, and faces the possibility of immediate dismissal from ADMC and from all other Colleges of HCT according to the Academic Honesty Policy of HCT. All assignments must be submitted via LMS, where they are tested by anti-plagiarism software, Safe Assign.

Guidelines for Completing the Literature Review Assignment
1. You have to select the following resources related to your research topic:
• Six journal articles
• 1 text books
• 5 web-based articles/resources
2. You have to review each of the 12 resources
3. The 12 reviews must be relevant to the contemporary business issue selected by you, written in the specified format with appropriate referencing of sources.
4. Each review must contain one paragraph of approximately 100 words with the quote/paraphrase and one paragraph of approximately 100 words with a review/analysis of how this affects your topic, ie. “This article is relevant because”; “I don’t agree with the source”; “Although the article discusses businesses in China, it is still interesting because…” etc.
5. The review should be organised well, showing the logical progression of thoughts and arguments from introduction to conclusion.
6. The review should end with a conclusion stating your findings from the secondary research (ie., Literature Review)
7. The Conclusion should also include the revision of the Research Problem, the statement of the refined Research Objectives, the primary research required and your Hypothesis, if any.
8. The Review should be approximately 2400 words long, plus/minus 10%
9. Note: This Assessment will include the grade for Assessment 2.1 and 2.2
