Construct an Activity Report

Select a situation or issue from your work environment, either past or present. Then choose an activity report that is most appropriate for reporting on that situation or issue. It could be any of the following:
• Progress Report
• White Paper
• Incident Report
• Laboratory Report
Using the three-step process from Chapter 9(From Technical Communication Today 5th Edition by Richard Johnson-Sheehan), construct the report you chose based on the situation or issue you selected. Then include a description of how you used the three-step process to plan the content of the report.

Deliverables:
• Your paper should be 4 pages in length, not including the title and reference pages.
• The paper will include your description of how you used the three-step process to plan the content of your report, as well as the completed report itself.
• You must include a minimum of three (4) credible sources and information from the module to support your writing.
• Your paper must follow APA style guidelines, as appropriate .
• At least one citation for every paragraph.
• I need introduction and conclusion.
