Purpose of Project:
Research the history of attempts to convert the US to the metric system. Do you think it will ever happen? Do you think it would be a good idea?

Directions–Use the Web to investigate the history of attempting to convert the US to the metric system. What are the advantages and disadvantages of converting to the metric system? How do you feel about switching?
