There are TWO components to this paper. One, is that of a VIDEO INTERVIEW and another is the VIDEO INTERVIEW ANALYSIS.
In this assignment, I would like you to come up with a 500 wordsscript guideline for the physical interview that I have to do. And then come up with a video interview analysis of 2000 words ‘critiquing’ the strengths and weaknesses that might appear during the interview.
In other words, though the analysis should be written AFTER the physical interview,

but since I cannot realistically send you a copy of the video interview, I would like to have a pre-guided and written analysis so that I would know how to conduct my interview.

(The interview should be based on this question.)
*HOWEVER, please note that this would NOT be a ‘solution-focused’ interview. This interview would be that of gathering information and focusing on strengths.
