The ‘letter’ aspect of this assignment is just to give you a focus and rationale for what you are writing. The MAIN objective of this paper however is to be more like a mini-essay that presents a postion and logical points using research and references. Your job is to present clear positions and arguments, but keep it short, clear and succinct. A major purpose of this assignment is that you show me you have read the articles, thought about them, and can use the information or ideas to present an argument. If you simply present your thoughts without any reference to the articles, you will not pass and are missing the point of this assignment. It’s great to have your own ideas, but support them with logic and information from the articles and films of the module. Although you are asked to focus mostly on the course articles, you may do some additional research if you feel it helps your position.
