This week we went over three process design methods EPC, PetriNet, and BPMN. Please use the BPMN method to design the two process maps following the
two slides in the attached PowerPoint file: 1) Purchase a book from a physical store;
2) Purchase a book online. Follow the symbols and notation of the BPMN method
At a minimum, you can use MS Visio or MS PowerPoint to draw the process maps
