FINAL PROJECT : ANALYSIS
you will conduct a problem analysis of the case.
This Project document should be a maximum of 5 pages double-spaced and include:
• The goals of your analysis
• A description of the 3 – 4 main issues/problems evident in the case (list each problem one at a time)
• Causes of the identified problems
• Barriers to success
• An evaluation of the perceived urgency of each problems
• A consideration/presentation of all viewpoints
