The article emphasizes the need to take responsibilities when the worst happens in the workplace rather than being frightened or resolving to flee. The paper will examine the various arguments that have been depicted in the article concerning the management and running of business firms. Additionally the paper will explore the effectiveness of these arguments in an ideal business set up.

Significance Taking Responsibility in Organizations

Taking responsibility is a vital component as far as the running of anorganization is concerned. Taking responsibility in an organization is ultimately essential in the realization of the set goals and objectives. All the stakeholdersare bound to taking responsibility for their actions and reactions as pertains to the organization. This could have been followed by various negative spill-over effects. For instance, the levels of trust in the company will be reduced hence low sales for their commodities.
