When writing keep in mind how can we make the city a much more sustainable place within the economic, environmental and social aspects of things.

The usual areas are transportation factors, freeways, train, trams, lite rail, buses, public transport, cars etc, pollution, walkability factors for community, social urban traffic calming and maintaining people’s happiness. Sustaining environmental, plants and wildlife etc these are just a few. So give a critical analysis of all aspects of sustainability.

Please use minimum of at least one figures and charts etc for each of the three analysis, where ever possible.
It is very important to reference for each analysis and add a list of reference after each individual analysis.

Detailed information on Assessment Tasks

The essay should be no longer than 2000 words in length excluding references. Students should explain the challenges as well as opportunities available as a result of the new internationally agreed Sustainable Development Goals. Students should pay particular attention to the issues of universality, partnerships and integration of themes across goals as well as the commonalities and differences of implementing them in emerging, developed and developing countries. Drawing on topics from weeks 1-4, applying practical discussions, insights and solutions to theoretical arguments will be highly valued.

This is a critical essay of a maximum of 2000 words and as such needs to follow the normal convention of essay writing and needs to be fully referenced.

Please don’t plagiarise and use at least 12 credible academic references as long as they are relevant and supports the case. Also use Chicago 16 referencing style. Please reference some of the Essential Readings I have provided from topic week 1-4 to support the case and reference other sources eg. journals etc.
