You are expected to support your discussion with relevant theory and examples.

A well-structured discussion which will include the following:

•    An analysis of the differences between motivating individuals and     motivating teams.
•    An understanding of the skills required in motivating teams
•    Evidence of further reading and wider research using a range of sources.
•    A good attempt at accurate referencing (using Harvard ) and relevant     bibliography
