Learning Theory

All of my articles need to be cited from the Social Work with Groups journal. These are the specific questions I need answered. The theory I want to use is the Learning Theory.
1. Explain the rationale for chooing the theory/model.
2. Discuss the empirical research that supports this theory/model and informs practice.
3. Discuss ethical standards and principles that should inform the rationale. Also include how ethical conflicts are resolved.
4. Explain the group process. Please include assessment, prevention, intervention, and evaluation.
5. Discuss how forms of oppression and discrimination are addressed. This includes cultural structure and values that may oppress or alienate or enhance power and privilege.

The instructions are:

• Introduction – Which question did you choose and why? What were you looking for?
• Background – Briefly explain the theory or theorist on which your paper is based.
