In addition to the personal statement and career objective essay above, all advanced standing applicants must answer the questions below
using a practice example from their work at their undergraduate field placement, or their work in a social service organization if more recent.
This must illustrate practice with a client system (an individual, family, group, community, or organization). The practice example must be
specific. Ensure that client confidentiality is protected by not identifying persons or agencies by name. The answers together should not
exceed five (5) pages, double-spaced, 12pt. font.

Please include:
1. Brief description of the agency’s function and services.
2. Identifying data about the client system, including a summary of initial concerns.
3. An assessment of your client system, including the knowledge that impacted on your understanding of the situation.
4. Your practice interventions, including the skills and values that guided your work.
5. Identify any ethical dilemmas you may have experienced in working with this client system and how you resolved them.
6. Based on your involvement with this situation, discuss what actions you took, or might have taken, to promote change on a larger system
level to enhance social and economic justice
