(The essay topic is included in the essay instruction. There are 5 topics), you first have to write 5 annotated bibliographies for the essay.

repeat guidelines for annotated bibilographies and outline because they are really IMPORTANT. ( see the details in the attached files)

The essay:

1.  write outline for the essay
a) Brainstorm to develop your response.
b) Create a clear outline of your essay, using the following MLA structure (1-2 pages typed)
c) Develop a clear thesis
d) Select appropriate quotations from your sources

Outline guideline:

Intro: not necessary to write out entire introduction
Thesis: give thesis sentence – needs to articulate the position your essay will take on the topic you are developing

1. Topic Sentence – write out the complete sentence to be used in the essay (link the texts)
– brief summary – include examples you plan to use in point form (quote and pg.#)
