The articles should be at least several pages in length and your write-up/evaluation should be approximately (3 to 4) paragraphs. Be sure to include what you’ve learned from the article. The first article topic should be about a story on SUSTAINABILITY as it relates to FM. Please vary the content and the source. On your one page write up of the article please indicate the source of the article (website, magazine article, book etc,) the author and the date also write a clear Table of Contents and Tabs to indicate the various sections.

7. Fire Safety – apply principles and understanding by preparing a fire safety strategy for a healthcare facility with multiple uses and high occupancy example

8. Environmental Management – maintain and report on environmental management and environmental management systems example
a) carry out environmental management and reporting including data management systems
b) present ad propose actions following the findings of environmental management
c) negotiate and liaising with regulators on the findings and actions arising from environmental management
9. Project Audit – undertake and report on a project audit report example

b) identify lessons learnt and recommend appropriate responses
