You are a project manager whose specialty is the selection of the ?best? method of project procurement for various clients. A client has requested you to recommend the best method of procurement for their new high rise hotel and office project in a historically significant Canadian downtown location. There is four methods of procurement 1: Design build procurement 2. Construction management procurement 3. Cost plus procurement 4. Unit price procurement. I will attach the professors powerpoint presentations that explain each procurement method. You must choose the best method of procurement that fits the clients needs for the project that they want to create. After the "best" procurement method is chosen an argument supporting that decision is to be made and also an argument that explains the disadvantages of that method. Once those two arguments are made an executive summary of the main findings needs to be written to explain the choices to the client. Lastly a written presentation needs to be created to explain all of the above tasks.
