Leadership development

Using all information and experience that you have gathered in this course, (a.) describe your vision for “How you will lead in the future?” (what kind of leader will you be…not what job you want) and (b.) what development you need to get there (be sure to define your personal strengths and areas for improvement—and how you will improve).
Be detailed in all aspects of leadership as we have discussed in the course—What are your values? Goals? How you will develop yourself; elements of power & influence that you will use; your ethics & values; leader attributes; etc.

write the paper based on this leadership definition: LEADERSHIP is the art, science, and craft of influencing other people to accomplish a task and to improve the organization.
