will include the following information:

1. Executive Summary—One Page description of the business along with the vision

statement. Explain elasticity of supply and demand of your product or service.

2. Product or Service Description—Clear and concise description of product/service.

Include a table with total, marginal, and average product—the law of diminishing

3. Market Landscape—Market information and demonstrated need.

• Industry and characteristics

• Business’s target markets

• Competition

4. Operational Plan

• The people/team/roles and organization’s structure

• Form of ownership (sole proprietorship, etc.) and Market Mode

• Business Location/Cost of Rent/Purchase

• Material sources for product/service

• Labor Costs

• Tax Considerations

• Major Year One Tasks and Future goals

5. Sales and Marketing Strategy

• Product—Description of product (known, accepted or new and innovative)

• Place—Place were your product or service will be sold

• Price—Cost of the product

• Promotion—Advertising, Publicity, Personal Selling

6. Finance Plan—Projected income and expenses
