The purpose of this paper is to explore the different of the special education system in elementary , high school and university between USA and KSA to improve the

special education system in Saudi Arabia.

organizations for people with special needs, and put laws they deem appropriate with Islamic law and policy of the country. As for the schools, I wish from the

Ministry of Education to take the expertise of specialists in the field of special education in Saudi universities from doctors to develop the educational system and

technology for people with special needs. Also, do some modification and accommodation in the school curriculum to be easy for the student with special needs.”
