Order Description
Required textbook to be able to answer these questions, is as follows:
Kubasek, N. K., & Silverman, G. S. (2011). Environmental law (7th ed.). Upper Saddle River, NJ: Prentice Hall.
There are four (4) questions to be answered in a short APA essay style format. No cover page, headings or pages number required. Minimum 75 words for first answer and 250 words for the answer for the 2nd through 4th. See attachment “Questions” for additional instructions and the questions.

Question 1
What is FREE? How does it function, and what is its value to environmental law? Provide a reference citation for your source material.

Question 2
Consider that the company you work for is contemplating a process of environmental self-audits that they expect you to develop and implement. You sense reluctance on the part of some corporate officials to this new process. Use the material in the textbook on pages 21-25 and any other applicable source to justify establishing such a program, and illustrate aspects of the program that will ensure minimizing impact to the corporation should violations be uncovered.

Direct regulation, or end of the pipe regulations, is the primary means of protecting the environment. Compare and contrast alternatives to this form of regulation, and describe one alternative method that is, or might be, employed in your workplace.

Describe how an administrative agency functions, and illustrate how the regulatory actions of any one such agency has had an impact on your local or regional living environment.
