Order Description

Required textbook to be able to answer these questions, is as follows:

Kubasek, N. K., & Silverman, G. S. (2011). Environmental law (7th ed.). Upper Saddle River, NJ: Prentice Hall.

There are four (4) questions to be answered in a short APA essay style format. No cover page, headings or pages number required. Minimum 75 words for first answer and 250 words for the answer for the 2nd through 4th. See attachment “Questions” for additional instructions and the questions.

Chapter 2: The Litigation Process and Other Tools for Resolving Environmental Disputes

Chapter 4: An Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy

Question 1
What is FREE? How does it function, and what is its value to environmental law? Provide a reference citation for your source material.

The response should be at minimum 75 – 100 words in length. There is a requirement to use at least the textbook as source material for the response. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying in-text citations.

Question 2
Consider that the company you work for is contemplating a process of environmental self-audits that they expect you to develop and implement. You sense reluctance on the part of some corporate officials to this new process. Use the material in the textbook on pages 21-25 and any other applicable source to justify establishing such a program, and illustrate aspects of the program that will ensure minimizing impact to the corporation should violations be uncovered.

The response should be at least 250 – 300 words in length. There is a requirement to use at least the textbook as source material for the response. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying in-text citations.

Question 3
Direct regulation, or end of the pipe regulations, is the primary means of protecting the environment. Compare and contrast alternatives to this form of regulation, and describe one alternative method that is, or might be, employed in your workplace.

Question 4
Describe how an administrative agency functions, and illustrate how the regulatory actions of any one such agency has had an impact on your local or regional living environment.

The response should be at least 250 – 300 words in length. There is a requirement to use at least the textbook as source material for the response. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying in-text citations.

1. To what extent should the government of an oil or gas-producing nation seek advice from outsiders on how its oil or gas reserves should be developed and the resulting revenues should be used?
2. How far should an oil or gas company go in supporting the development of local communities in which it operates and to what extent should it take on government responsibility for this?
3. Responsibility for Environmental Management: To what extent should the government of an oil/gas-producing nation and/or an oil company seek specialist advice from outsiders, including NGOs on how environmental issues should be managed? What rule shouldAPPLY to NGO activities?

I don’t need a table of content or executive summary, What i need is a background and answers to the Questions. The answers shouldn’t be answered generically. It should be like Question
