My business plan is to introduce the company named TANISHQ (which is renowned Indian branded jewellery in India) in AUSTRALIA.
I just want the core aspects to written in detail i.e. Please begin with the following:-
1) Recommendation for market entry decisions
2) Investigation
3) Analysis
4) Recommendation

ANALYSIS and INVESTIGATION
(to answer this Question: – is it worthwhile to sell Indian jewellery in Australia and how much profit (just guess a percentage) will it make?
a. Financial forces
i. How much income Australian’s earn? ( age , gender, working income, average salary ( please show this in a table ie. Demographics)
ii. What are their paying habits?
iii. How often do they wear jewellery and how much do they cost?
iv. How much will be the exchange rate (the Indian jewellery price and how much could it be sold in Australia?
v. How do they make their purchasing decisions
vi. Who influences decision making ? what are their preferences and prejudices ?
vii. Who approves the spending ? what are their spending limits

b. Competitive forces ( by writing about the competitors ? we could show how much better TANISHQ could do in Australia ? and what is tanishq’s Market potential?
i. Who are the other jewellery competitors in Australia
ii. In what area are the competitors weak ?
iii. Their market share
iv. Their market strategy
v. Quality of their products
vi. After sales services
vii. Channel of distribution

ix. Effectiveness of their Promotional programmes
c. Political forces ( these are the points to be kept in mind especially when the business plan is being made to either

Once when all the above investigation and analysis is done. Please suggest the business plan in the form of 4ps or you could even use porters five forces

And final analysis includes recommendation and conclusion.

Order Description
ME: I was planning on making a business plan to open a restaurant. I would like to make a proposal to the bank for a loan in doing so and come up with the plan and the type of food to be served.

Professor:A business plan is fine, and it can include those things. Three notes, though, about how you have to modify a normal business plan to fit our capstone. First, you may have to make some changes to a “traditional” business plan, in general. For example, you are to have a subheading about “ethics” and at least a full page discussing ethics, with citations. Second, ensure that it has ample references to support your ideas throughout the plan. Third, a regular capstone paper ends with recommendations; with a business plan you may instead end with evidence based (i.e. cited) “next steps”, these would be actionable steps that you would take after writing the business plan if you were really prepared to continue the business forward.

I have attached the instructions for this assignment and have the numbers together. I can be of any help as well. What I am stuck on is the Ethics portion and includinf citations and articles. Please assist and thank you for the help.
