Topic
the study topic is the improvement and evaluation of communication between the construction management and the private sponsor of Public private Partnerships construction project.
Aim
The aim of the study is to bridge the gap in the communication between the construction manager and the sponser in the Public private Partnerships. and the image of Public private Partnerships that underwrites to maintainable progress. The responsibility of the construction manager is to deliverable all specific information to know why the customer wants this, what features they want, how long it will take, and how they want to receive it.

Research questions/hypotheses
1. what are the appropreate communication method btween the constructin manager and the sponsor?
2. What are the factors which lead to effective communication between the construction management and the sponsors?
3. How the communication between the two entities can be improved and evaluated?

Research objectives
The objective of the study is analysis and evaluation of communication between construction manager and the sponsors of PPPs, to maintain and develop the strategies and standards of communications system to reduce the risk associated with this type of partnerships.

 
Feasibility of the study
This research can come up with, solutions on how to make the communication between the construction management and the sponsors better to ensure successful and efficient completion of the projects.
