Contextualize the written correspondence – effectively use and follow the scenario to execute the assignment. Review the examples provided in the chapters. When considering length, keep in mind these documents are usually brief – but, in specifically identified cases, you need to provide complete details and specifics. Length is not as important as your understanding of the necessary elements and etiquette of effective communication.
At least one of the memos or letters must address a negative aspect – element.
